The relationship between board size and firm performance

This paper selects 372 companies in the US S&P 500 from 2013 to 2017 as a sample, and uses empirical research methods test relationship between corporate board size performance. The results show that there is negative correlation of directors performance; after dividing sample into high-tech non-high-tech industries, this more prominent field. After classifying according parity number directors, odd effective than even directors.
